Vertech International is a company that specializes in delivering custom-made commercial tools and high-quality manufacturing solutions. In addition, the company supplies and manufactures metal and electrical components for the Department of Defence. Vertech International also has a wide range of chuck jaws used in CNC machine manufacturing.

A CNC machine, or a computer numerical control machine, uses a computer to control all the manufacturing tools inside it. Initially built in the 1940s and 1950s, the first CNC machines used punch cards or tapes to create aircraft parts. Modern computer software such as CAD (computer-aided design) is now responsible for exact machine and tool movements control.

CNC machines use the program to guide the tools alongside coordinates. They control the tool movements across two or all three dimensions, based on the machine type. The tools cut and shape the material encased in the chuck jaws into shape. Most CNC machines' first task is a trial run referred to as “cutting air” to ensure the program and tools work correctly. High-quality CNC machines can be prohibitively expensive, so owners must guarantee they are calibrated and aligned properly before handling costly materials.
